Bringing players together.
TalkPlay is the social network for players. Our mission: nobody should have to play alone, and the people you meet in a game should stay in your life after it.
What TalkPlay does
- A player identity : One profile for all your games. Your accounts are verified and your stats update on their own.
- A memory : Records, past rankings, playtime: every day is kept. Your story as a player builds itself without you thinking about it.
- The general chat : A chat for every game, open to everyone: a question, a teammate, a match to start. And around it: your clan, your private messages, tournaments.
TalkPlay is not a studio (we don't make games), not a gaming news outlet and not a game.
Our story
TalkPlay wasn't born from a plan, but from something missing: our favorite games had no place to meet outside the match. So we built it, one game at a time.
- November 2023 : The first lines of code. A simple idea: give players a place to meet once the match is over.
- April 2024 : Clash of Clans, the first game linked. The first game accounts connect to TalkPlay, and their clans come along.
- June to August 2024 : First beta, private. The first players try TalkPlay by invitation, with Brawl Stars and Clash Royale alongside Clash of Clans.
- March 2025 : Second beta, open, v0.1. The app lands on the App Store and Google Play, open to everyone, with the first rankings.
- March 2026 : Public launch, v0.5. TalkPlay launches for real, with a general chat for every game. Chess.com joins the adventure.
- May 2026 : Roblox joins TalkPlay. Your verified Roblox username shows on your profile, next to your other games.
- Summer 2026 : Tournaments. The community runs its own Brawl Stars and Clash Royale tournaments, with results verified automatically. In September, they come to the website too.
- 2027-2028 : Goal: V1. A PC app, new games and more features. And always the same idea: no player should be left alone behind their screen.
Playing is already meeting people
Gamers are often pictured alone in their room. The reality is very different: most players play with others, and many make friends along the way.
What's missing isn't the desire to talk, it's a place built for it. Mobile games offer almost nothing to connect outside the match, and big social networks don't know what you play.
TalkPlay bridges the gap: your games introduce you, and the people you meet in a match stay in touch after it ends. Even when one of you moves on to another game, the connection stays.
3.5 billion people play worldwide, 67% of players say games introduce them to new friends and 51% play online with others every week (Newzoo, Global Games Market Report 2025; ESA, Power of Play 2023).
The general chat: connections in seconds
The fastest way to connect: link a game and the conversation starts.
- You link a game : You join its players' room.
- You know who you're talking to : Level and clan next to every name.
- A healthy space : Every message is checked automatically.
Coming soon: rooms by language, to chat in yours.
What guides us
We don't push you to play more
TalkPlay is for talking with other players, not for making your sessions longer. Your stats are there to keep track and improve, not to pit you against your friends.
Nobody has to hide
Everyone should be able to play and talk without hiding, whatever their gender or level. Every message goes through automatic moderation, and the team decides on sanctions.
Neutral across games
We don't publish any game. TalkPlay welcomes players of every title it supports, without favoring any of them.
Your data stays yours
Stats come from the publishers' public APIs. We never ask for your game password, and you can make your profile private.
